2019 is coming to an end in just a few days.

A break, yes, but not just any kind of break! Here are three tips to truly unwind during the holiday season.

1. Shake Up Your Routine

Rule #1 for de-stressing: break away from your daily habits. Sleep in, take your time with breakfast, put away your laptop, and keep your phone at a distance. The first few days might be tough, but willpower is the key to success!

2. Delegate and Take a Step Back

Let’s be honest: While the holidays are about celebration, they also bring an extra dose of stress. Enough to wear you out before the new year even begins! Instead of worrying about that unfinished project, try seeing things differently: dare to ask for help, refocus on yourself, after all, the world won’t stop turning!

3. Plan for 2020

Among your New Year’s resolutions, write this one in bold: “This year, I will also think about myself.” Take a few days to reflect and ask yourself the right questions about your professional future.
