BestValue is pleased to announce the sale of 70% of the shares of Access Systems to the ambitious EMI Group, a leader in integrated solutions and services for industrial access in Romania.
Active in the Belgian market for over 8 years, Access Systems specializes in providing tailored services for the sale, installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of all brands of industrial doors. The company is located in the Villers-le-Bouillet industrial zone, in the province of Liège. Access Systems employs 25 people and has over 4,000 clients, primarily in the Walloon region, from sectors such as construction, transportation, food processing, and distribution.
The partnership with EMI, 51% owned by the Private Equity fund Morphosis Capital and 49% by Jérôme France, its current CEO, will enable Access Systems to accelerate its growth and provide its clients with integrated, personalized services based on the model developed by EMI. As Access Systems does not manufacture industrial doors, this will allow EMI to expand its presence in the Belgian market by selling its industrial access solutions produced in Romania. Access Systems will continue to operate in Belgium under its brand, and two of the founders, François Pirnay and Jean-Benoît Leroy, will remain involved in the day-to-day activities of the company. Furthermore, both companies are considering entering the Flemish and Luxembourg markets together.
We are pleased to have supported the shareholders of Access Systems throughout their entire sale process, from valuation to the completion of the transaction.
